Caribbean Delight is owned and operated by Jamaican locals and provides authentic Jamaican cuisine which includes a mixture of cooking techniques, flavors, spices and influences from the indigenous people on the island of Jamaica and the Spanish, Irish,British, Africans, Indians and Chinese who inhabited the Island.

Here at Caribbean Delight we don’t only sell food, we also sell a variety of Jamaican items such as: T-Shirts, Hats, Jewelry, Accessories, Music, Home Decor, Purses, Sauces, Marinades and many more items

Our Food Policy

This policy applies to walk-in, call-in customer, online and /third-party delivery orders only.

At our restaurant, we want to ensure that our customers have a satisfying dining experience every time they visit us. However, we understand that there may be occasions where a refund or return may be necessary. To ensure a fair and consistent approach, we have established the following refund/return policy:

1. Order Accuracy: If we make an error in your order and it is not as you requested, we will either refund the cost of the item or prepare a replacement for you at no additional cost.

2. Quality of Food: We take great care in preparing our dishes, but if you find the quality of your food to be unsatisfactory, we will do everything we can to make it right. Please notify us immediately so we can address the issue. If a refund is warranted, we will gladly provide one.

3. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction that we are unable to accommodate despite our best efforts, we will gladly refund the cost of the item.

4. Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order due to unforeseen circumstances such as power outages, natural disasters, or other incidents beyond our control, we will refund the full cost of your order.

5. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your order, please notify us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, but if we have already begun preparing your food, we may need to charge a cancellation fee.

Please note that refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original purchase, and may take up to 7-10 business days to process.
